Graduated from University of Warsaw with MA degree in Cultural Animation and received a prestigious European Diploma for Cultural Project Management from M.Hicter Foundation in Brussels – the studies were realized in cooperation with many European cultural institutions. Vice President of Federation of Independent Filmmakers. Creator and producer of film workshops financed by the European Comission Youth Program. The head of the administrative office during the 59th UNICA World Film Festival in Warsaw in 1997, Member of the Organizational Committee and Vice Director of the UNICA Festival in 2003. Awarded the Golden Medal of the World Union of Independent Cinema UNICA for all her work. Director of the OFF/ON Warszawa European Film Week. Creator and coordinator of River//Cities – platform for cooperation between European cultural organizations located in riverside cities. Creator of artistic events organized by the Vistula River. Coordinator of various interdisciplinary, film, dance and educational cultural projects. She coordinates projects that are the outcome of international cooperation and deals with the social aspect of art and culture at the Cinema Art Foundation. Her passion is the audience development.

Vice Director of Re:visions Festival/Theatre Events Coordinator
For the last 6 years responsible for promotion and popularisation of culture, especially the indpendent film. Co-organized the International Film Festival Dozwolone do 21 / UP TO 21 and the UNICA World Film Festival. Organized and coordinated many local and international youth projects financed by European Comission like international exchanges of young people or international seminars. Leader of the Youth Initiative Music Gate supporting orphans and artistic coordinator of the music event Warsaw DJ Fest. Art is for her the way of fighting with the illnesses of contemporary civilisation. She most gladly takes part in projects connected with interpersonal communication and intercultural education. Taking photos and studying culturology are her hobbies.
 
Witold Kon
President of Cinema Art Foundation
Cultural animator and social worker with over 30 years of experience. Active in the independent film „industry” since 1982. He started and produced the first twelve editions of the Child and Teenage Amateur International Film Festival (present name MFF Dozwolone do 21/UP TO 21). He was the Director of the 53rd and 65th UNICA World Film Festival and served two terms as the Vice President of FAKF Festival. Since 1993 he’s been the President of the Federation of Independent Filmmakers. Awarded the Golden Medal of UNICA. Director of Young Cinema Art – the World Student Film Festival. The founding father of the Grand Off – European Off Film Awards.
 
Tomek Opęchowski
Head of Voluntary Service/Coordinator of Cooperation with Palace of Culture
Cooperates with Cinema Art Foundation and Federation of Independent Filmmakers since 2005. He was the head of the volunteer department during OFF/ON Warszawa European Film Week and the World Student Film Festival Young Cinema Art. Producer of many film, dance and music projects. He is a co-creator of international projects as well as actively participates in animating culture in Warsaw.
 
Klara Kopcińska
Visual Art Events Coordinator
Filmmaker, journalist, cultural animator. Director of STEP Association for Education and Progress, publisher of an open art magazine working title. Creator and co-creator of projects aiming at culture animation and education through art, exhibitions, workshops and events organized mainly in city spaces and postindustrial spaces like „wARTo”, 2b Gallery, "Icons of Victory", "MostArt", "Gra pamięci".
Szymon Tarkowski 
Music Events Coordinator
Since 1999 worked as a musician and gig organizer. Played the bass quitar with off-jazz formations like Wiosna (Prima Aprilis CD issued in 2002), Ślimak Trio and Batyskaf. At present responsible for the bass lines in two bands: Płyny (Płyny CD issued in 2006) and Pustki. Since 2001 he’s been organizing - first at Jazzgot club, now at Fabryka Trzciny - WUJek Festival (Warsaw Jazz Underground), a cyclic event presenting the most interesting, independent, improvising groups from Warsaw. In 2006, in cooperation with Fabryka Trzciny he issued WUJek CD compilation that contained recordings of the bands that performed during the festival. He has also worked as a music manager at Stara ProchOFFnia Theatre and Diuna club. Besides music he is passionate about modern languages and linguistics. Presently he is in a process of writing a PhD dissertation in the field of theoretical linguistics at the Institute of English Studies at University of Warsaw.
Karol Urbański
Dance Events Coordinator
Graduated from Łódz Ballet School and University of Warsaw. Dancer, choreographer, teacher. In 2001 he began to study philosophy at University of Warsaw and graduated in 2006 - his MA dissertation was entitled Dance as a Philosophical Subject. Co-founder of the Centre for Contemporary Dance Foundation. His vocational dream is to create a dance centre in Warsaw, or anywhere else. Father of two sons and a daughter.
